Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Papel 89 purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery at hello@papel89.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and a brief description or photo of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. If the item we receive is does not meet these requirements, we will not be able to process your return or exchange as requested.
Non-returnable items
Some items, such as sale items or gift cards, are final sale and cannot be returned. If an item is non-returnable, it will be noted in the product description.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, what you really really want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

- Mistakes made by shipping Couriers
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
